May kaibigan ako si Giko, dati s’yang IT analyst.
One time may nag alok sa kanya… pagkaka-perahan daw. Investment opportunity.
Sabi sa kanya …mag-invest lang daw s’ya ng pera, wala s’yang gagawin at tutubo ang pera n’ya .
Ang pangako sa kanya.… 1% daily returns. 1% na tubo araw-araw.
Una nag-invest sya P10,000.
Una, pangalawa, pangatlong araw ganun nga ang nangyari.
Tumutubo ang pera n’ya ng 1% (P100) araw-araw.
Gustong kumita ng mas malaki ni Giko.
Kaya nag-invest s’ya ng mas malaki.
Nag-invest s’ya ng tumataginting na P300,000!
Sa computation n’ya, kukubra s’ya ng P3,000 araw-araw galing sa malaking investment n’ya.
First week, ganun nga ang nangyari.
Kahit naka hilata lang s’ya naglalaro ng panda pop (mobile game), kumikita s’ya ng P3,000 araw-araw.

After 1 week walang kahit anong balita.
2 weeks lumipas, walang kahit anong balita.
1 month ang lumipas, ni-“Hi!” ni- “Hoy!” wala talaga.

Yung P300,000 n’ya, naglaho na parang bula.
Ang masaklap, inutang lang ni Giko sa credit card n’ya yung pera na ‘yun.

TIP # 1: Look For The Value Exchange
Bago ka papasok ng business, tanong mo muna… “Anong value ang makukuha ‘pag may customer na bumili o pag ,ay member na sumali .”
Kaylangan meron value na kapalit sa kada transaction.
Pwedeng value exchange na yun ay produkto o kaya ay serbisyo.
Walang business na walang kapalit.
Yung ibang company ang product ay beauty products. Example ay sabon, lotion o kaya make up.
Yung iba naman health products tulad ng food supplements, vitamins.
Wag na wag kang papasok ng business na opportunity na magbabayad ka lang tapos wala kang makukuha.
O kaya may makukuha ka pero hindi sulit yung kapalit.
Lahat ng mga legitimate na business opportunity na nagtatagal ay yung merong value exchange sa mga customers at members.
TIP # 2: Know What Industry Are You Entering
Anong industriya ang pinapasok mo? May pera ba sa industriya na yun?
Importante ito dahil pag may market at demand sa industry na yun, alam mo na pwede ka talagang mag-buiild ng successful na business.
Meron kasing mga bibili.
For example sa health and wellness is a $3.4 trillion dollars industry
Cosmetic industry ay $170 billion dollar per year industry
Online retail industry ay $294 billion industry and is estimated to clim to $414 billion in 2018
Coaching and training industry naman (According to smarthorizons.org) ay estimated na $130 billion dollar industry.
TIP # 3: Identify The Company’s Mission & Vision
Isang clue na pang matagalan ang isang kumpanya ay kung meron itong malinaw at detalyadong mission at vission statement.
Ito kasi yung magga-guide kung saan papunta ang isang kumpanya or organization.
Ito yung mga paborito kong examples ng mga vision at mission statement:
Facebook: “To give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected.”
IKEA: "To create a better everyday life for the many people."
Google: “To organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.”
Coca-Cola: “To refresh the world…To inspire moments of optimism and happiness…To create value and make a difference.”
Tupperware: “Ignite a global community, especially women, to realize their best selves through opportunity, enrichment, celebration, and above all else, uplifting relationships.”

TIP # 4: What’s The Business Model
Proven business model ba yung papasukin mo?
Marami na bang naging successful long term sa type ng business na papasukin mo?
Example ng mga proven business model ay Franchise Business tulad ng McDonalds, 7 / 11.
Sa internet naman, ang mga example ng mga proven business model ay affiliate marketing, information marketing, ecommerce, and more.
Napaka dami ng mga naging millionare at multi millionaire sa mga business models na yan.
TIP # 5: Success Requires Massive Action
Kung magi-invest ka lang tapos wala kang gagawin, hindi ‘yun business.
Walang business na wala kang gagawin. Walang business na magi-invest ka lang tapos kikita ka na.
Kahit mag-invest ka ng milyon. Kahit bumili ka ng 7 11 or McDonalds franchise may gagawin ka pa din.
Kaylangan mo pa din i-manage ang business mo. Meron ka pa ding gagawin para maging successful.
Wala ding investment or business na sure ball ang ROI.
Lahat ng business kaylangan mong gumawa ng massive action para maging successful.
Balik tayo sa kaibigan ko.
Ngayon nagbi-business na ulit si Giko.
Pero ngayon legit na business na ang ginagawa n’ya.
