Imagine na sasabihin mo na 'yan sa boss mo?...
"Boss... You're Fired!"
Habang binibigay mo sa kanya 'yung resignation letter mo.
Meron akong partner, si Elvz. OFW s'ya sa Singapore.
Kahapon nakita ko 'yung post n'ya sa facebook.
Ang sabi n'ya...

Nakapag-resign na s'ya sa trabaho dahil sa online business n'ya.
Ang best part, uuwi na s'ya sa Pilipinas at makakasama na n'ya ang pamilya n'ya.
Kinilabutan ako kasi naalala ko kung anong pakiramdam ng wala kang oras at malayo ka sa pamilya.
5 years din kasi akong naging OFW sa Middle East.
Ang hirap, ...nakaka-homesick, ...at hindi worth it.
Buti na lang natagpuan ko ang mundo ng online business.
Parehas kai ni Elvz, online business ang nagbigay samin ng freedom.
But this is not about me or Elvz. This is about YOU!
Gusto mo din ba na makapag quit sa trabaho?
Gusto mo na din bang makalaya sa rat race?
Gusto mo na din bang kumita ng malaki at magkaron ng freedom na gawin 'yung mga gusto mo?

STEP 1 - Add Additional Source of Income
Ang unang goal mo ay magsimula ng part time business.
Business na magbibigay sa'yo ng additional income.
Sa simula pwede kang mag-invest ng 2-4 hours every day para gawin ang business mo.
I'm not talking about finding a 2nd job.
Kaylangan yung 2nd income mo ay mangaling sa isang part time business na pwede mong i-scale up in the future.
Kapag job ang kukunin mo, you are always trading time for money.
Limitado lang ang oras mo sa isang araw kaya limitado lang ang pwede mong kitain sa trabaho.

STEP 2 - Your Sideline Income Shoud Overtake Your Salary.

Pag kumikita ka na sa business mo, next goal mo ay mahigitan ng yung salary mo.
Ang maganda sa business, depende sa effort mo ang kikitain mo.
Kapag nag-invest ka talaga ng effort at ng oras, life changing results at income ang pwede mong kitain.
Hindi ka naman kasi basta-basta pwedeng mag-resign.
Lalo na kung pamilyado ka na.
Kaylangan consistent na ang income ng business mo, at dapat mas malaki na 'yung sa sinasahod mo.
May mga partners ako na nagawa 'yun in 3 - 5 months.
Merong isang taon. Depende sa'yo kung gano ka kabilis matuto at gano ka kabilis gumawa ng aksyon.

STEP 3 - Fire Your Boss

Pag consistent na ang income mo, it's time to fire your boss.
Pero hindi pa panahon para mag-relax.
Dito pa lang talaga magsisimula ang paglalakbay mo bilang entrepreneur.
Ito yung pinaka exciting na oras sa business mo pero ito din yung pinaka challenging.
Ikaw na ang sarili mong boss. Kaya dapat maging self accountable ka.
You need more focus and you need massive action.
It will not be easy but it will be all worth it.
